We accept no liability to compensate for loss or damage if we do not provide the services.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

 

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.

General

Prices and Payments

Our attendance fees are shown on this website and exclude parts and VAT, which will be added to the invoice.

Payment of our invoice is required on the day we attend once we have diagnosed the fault and/or repaired the appliance. If we are unable to get your appliance working satisfactorily because parts are needed, we will advise you and will collect payment for those parts when we return to complete the job. No additional attendance fee will be payable.

 

Our attendance fee is payable irrespective of the time taken to diagnose, repair or otherwise make the appliance function satisfactorily, and no discounts or allowances will be made if we attend and no fault is found or user error is involved. We will check that the appliance is operational before we leave, and if it is not, we will advise the customer of further action.

 

We accept payment by debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfer, cash and cheques. Payment terms may be agreed with established Property Management companies, Letting Agents and Landlords in advance of work.

 

Prices may be altered at any time.

 

All products and services are subject to availability.
